दिल्ली में हजारों की संख्या में बिहार के मजदूर काम करने के लिए जाते है। ऐसे कई मजदूर है जो दिहाड़ी से कमा कर अपना जीवन यापन करते है। लॉक डाउन के बाद से उनपर रोजी रोटी की संकट आ गयी है। कई ऐसे छात्र भी फंसे है दिल्ली में जो घर आना चाहते है। स्पेशल ट्रेनों के परिचालन शुरू होने से उन्हें घर वापसी की उम्मीद बंध गयी है। शुक्रवार को स्पेशल ट्रेन से करीब 1200 मजदूर स्पेशल ट्रेन से दिल्ली से मुजफ्फरपुर के लिए देर शाम रवाना होंगे। इसके बाद से बिहार के कई रूटों के लिए स्पेशल ट्रेन सेवा दिल्ली से शुरू की जाएगी।
